1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 27bd ("27bd", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 27bd website located at 27bd.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 27bd platform.

These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which the 27bd platform is accessible. 27bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a bonus.

2. Eligibility

The 27bd platform is intended solely for eligible adult users. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following eligibility requirements are met and continue to be met for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 27bd enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players without exception. Players aged below 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play on the 27bd platform under any circumstances.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity in connection with your use of the 27bd platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling prior to registration.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 27bd, nor are you a close relative of any such person. Employees and their immediate families are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 27bd platform, whether by self-exclusion or by enforcement action taken by 27bd, and no such exclusion is currently in force on your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 27bd platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The following terms apply to all registered accounts on the 27bd platform:

• Each player may hold only one active account on the 27bd platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonus credits.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are required to provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number in active use in Bangladesh (e.g. a Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk number registered in your name).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 27bd will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. You must notify 27bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your 27bd account is personal to you and must not be accessed by, or operated on behalf of, any other person. Accounts showing evidence of shared use or third-party operation may be suspended pending investigation.
• 27bd reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfied.

27bd is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the 27bd Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 27bd platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and the crediting of bonus funds — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 27bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply independent fees, and 27bd is not responsible for any such charges.

• The minimum deposit on the 27bd platform is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 27bd, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own daily transaction ceilings in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that winnings are returned to the verified source of funds. Withdrawal requests submitted to an unverified payment method will be declined pending verification.
• 27bd targets a withdrawal processing time of 1 to 3 hours for the majority of requests submitted during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. 27bd does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but commits to processing all requests as promptly as reasonably practicable.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide for withdrawals are accurate and belong to a method registered in their own name. 27bd cannot be held liable for funds sent to an incorrectly provided account number or mobile wallet address.
• 27bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing on any account that is subject to an active investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other breach of these Terms. Any funds held during such an investigation will be dealt with in accordance with the outcome of that investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

27bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each individual bonus or promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of any individual offer, the specific terms of that offer shall prevail.

• All bonuses awarded by 27bd, including the welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. Players should read all bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's 27bd account wallet in BDT. Where a bonus includes a free spin component, free spins are credited to the designated slot title(s) specified in the offer terms and expire within the timeframe stated in those terms.
• 27bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes seasonal promotions offered during BPL season, Eid, Ramadan, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, or any other promotional period. Withdrawal of an offer does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific bonus terms. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• 27bd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to exploit a bonus offer through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse. Determinations of bonus abuse are made on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

27bd's welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing players only and applies to the first qualifying deposit made following account registration. 6. Gameplay and Fair Play

27bd is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules govern gameplay across all products on the 27bd platform, including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets:

• All games available on the 27bd platform use random number generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party auditors. The outcome of every game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by 27bd, by the player's previous activity, or by any external factor.
• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the 27bd platform in any way. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.
• Collusion between players in live casino games or sports betting markets — including the sharing of information intended to provide an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house — is strictly prohibited. 27bd employs monitoring systems to detect collusive behaviour and will act on any credible evidence of collusion.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 27bd will resolve the situation in accordance with the technical provisions of the relevant game provider. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on 27bd's side, the applicable stake will be returned to the player's account wallet.

7. Responsible Gaming

27bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Online gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity; it should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming provisions are in force at 27bd at all times:

• Deposit limits: players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 27bd account at any time. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions made during active play.
• Time-out: players who wish to take a short break from online gaming may activate a time-out period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the player's account is inaccessible for the duration of the selected period. Time-outs cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that their gaming has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from the 27bd platform. A self-exclusion request must be submitted to 27bd support at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in force, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months, regardless of the player's request to reinstate access.
• Minor protection: 27bd strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. If you share a device with minors, please ensure that your 27bd account is logged out and that your login credentials are not accessible to minors at any time. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

27bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification. Accounts found to be registered with false identity information will be permanently closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• You are found to have opened or operated more than one account on the 27bd platform, whether under the same identity or different identities. All accounts involved in multi-accounting will be suspended and balances reviewed.
• Your account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that constitutes a breach of these Terms or that 27bd reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• You close your account voluntarily by submitting a written request to 27bd support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course; any remaining bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 27bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 27bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 27bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 27bd platform without the express prior written consent of 27bd. Any unauthorised use of 27bd's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 27bd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 27bd platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; any technical failure, outage, or interruption of the 27bd platform; or any error in the display of odds, game results, or account balances that is corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 27bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The 27bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 27bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any game result or odds display, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment.

11. Amendments to These Terms

27bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 27bd will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the 27bd platform or by sending a notification to the contact details held on the player's account. It is the player's responsibility to review the current version of the Terms regularly. The current effective version of these Terms will always be accessible at 27bd.ws/terms-conditions.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 27bd operates. Any dispute between you and 27bd that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation should be submitted in writing to 27bd support at [email protected] in the first instance.

27bd aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel within a reasonable timeframe, 27bd will escalate the matter to an appropriate internal review process. Players retain any rights to seek independent dispute resolution that are conferred on them by applicable consumer protection law. 27bd's customer support team is available 24/7 in English and Bangla to assist with any query or complaint.
